The regular lambing percentage of 115 per cent to 130 per cent and high wool weights have combined to make this farm an excellent earning and good economic proposition. In the last five years the vendor has erected or rebuilt four miles of fencing and sown down 35 acres in lucerne. The property has been run by the owner on his own and shows an excellent gross and net return. The reason for this sale is because Mr Meyer has purchased a larger property.
