Buller Public Hospital. Although not essential, a Postgraduate Nursing Diploma and experience in administration, would be an advantage. The salary and conditions of employment \\ill be in accordance with the Hospital Employment (Nurses) Regulations, 1963. The present salary payable Is for Grade V £1073 to £llO2 less £156 for living in. A location allowance of £39 is payable as is overtime, which is at present 20 per cent. A modern self-contained flat, in the Nurses’ Home is provided by the Board. Buller Hospital Is an A Grade Training School and has 115 established beds. Two new wards at present being built and tenders will be called in the near future for a 28 bedded Old Peoples Home. A twin theatre bloqk and clinical services block will coniplete a new hospital as a 15 bed maternity annexe is only 18 months old.
