Such nominations must be in the form set forth in the Third Schedule to the Education Act, 1914, or to the effect thereof. It should also be noted that in school districts where the average attendance for 1963 did not exceed 240, any householder present at the meeting may nominate verbally any householder who consents in writing or verbally at the meeting to be nominated.
