MOVE BY N.Z. REFRIG.
Note-Issue Details The directors of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Lid., propose to make an issue of £500,000 in registered unsecured notes. The notes will carry interest at 7 per cent and run for a 10year term, maturing on October 31, 1974. Further details of the issue will be given to shareholders at the annual general meeting of the company on February 26. Application and acceptance forms for the issue will posted on or about April I to stockholders on the register at March 21. ■ Share transfer books of the company will be closed for stock transfers from March 14 to March 21 so that entitlements can be determined.
