WEEK-DAY SERVICES
Changes At Cathedral Changes in the number and times of week-day services introduced at Christchurch Cathedral last Wednesday will mean better service to the people in the city, said the Dean of Christchurch (the Rev. W. A. Pyatt) yesterday. Two Communion services, at 12.5 p.m. and 1.5 pan., have replaced the early morning Communion service held at 7.30 a.m. The 7.30 a.m. service will still be held on Wednesday • and Saturday mornings for those unable to get to the new services in the middle of the day. The new timetable of services will be used during Lent as an experiment, and it is hoped to continue them throughout the year, Dean Pyatt said.
