Ensors Pond Fish
The fish committee of the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society plans to rear up to 20,000 fish in Ensors pond. This will begin when the pond is prepared for rearing. The chairman of the committee (Mr G. Ferris) reported that the fish would be kept in the pond for one season and that they would be liberated when sin or 6in. The council decided to complete and sign the agreement for the construction of Ensors pond.
