U.S. Impressions
Mrs C. Shaw spoke on her impressions of the United States at a meeting of the Canterbury branch of the Travel Club yesterday. Members were entertained with vocal solos by Miss Margery Rowley, accompanied by Mrs J. H. Cocks. Mesdames Allen Prescott, of Montana, H. Leadbeater, of Auckland, W. Allan, of the Waimate Travel Club, and Misses F. M. Nicolson, of Te Aroha, A. Francis, of Masterton, and J. Antcliff, of Levin, were visitors.
