A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I; Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that so much of the subsoil of the land described in the First Schedule hereto as is described in .the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel and shall vest in the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of August, 1963. As the said portions of subsoil are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8140 (S.O. 9966) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington each portion being shown thereon in like colour .to that of the relative piece of' lahd shown on the said plan marked M.O.W. 8139 (S.O. 9965).
