Index Peak (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, Feb. 13. The New York stock market rose to a historic peak on Wednesday, the Associated Press of America reported. It was the market’s fourteenth record this year. Dow Jones industrials rose more than 2 points to a peak 794.82 in a turn-over of nearly 4.7 m—heavy for a semi-holi-day on which many banks and other institutions were closed for Lincoln’s birthday.
