(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) NAIROBI, Feb. 13. Eleven British subjects and two Italians held under house arrest by Somali troops at iHargeisa have been ordered to fly to Aden by the Kenya Minister of Agriculture, Mr Bruce McKenzie. The 11 include three women and two children, are reported to be short of drinking water. They have been ordered to fly out in an aircraft flown into Hargeisa last Friday by a locust survey pilot, Polishborn Mr Ludwug Martel, a former Battle of Britain pilot who was arrested on arrival. American officials in Nairobi who are in touch with their vice-consul at Hargeisa said they had no information yet suggesting Somalia was willing to release the prisoners.
