Four Children Poisoned
Four children each spent a day in the Christchurch Hospital last week after poisoning accidents. Two boys of three years and a half and three years three months shared a meal of am unknown type of berry and were admitted on Thursday. The previous day, a boy of two was admitted after eating aspirin tablets. A girl of two years and a half drank turpentine and was admitted on Tuesday, A girl of two years and a half who was admitted to the hospital on December 8 after swallowing a piece of glass half an inch long was sent home on December 15.
