Stiletto Heel Covers
Stiletto heels are barred from the Naseby Town Hall, but the borough council will hire protective covers to women wearing shoes with stiletto heels. Hirers will be charged 2s 6d for the covers and will get a refund of 2s w len they return them. The borough council bought the protective covers in Dunedin for 8d a pair.
