TAXI LICENCES TRANSFERRED
The No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority (Mr J. S. Haywood) yesterday granted five applications for transfers of taxi licences.
The applications were by Lawrence Trevor Schumacher, from William James Whiting: John Maxwell Gillard (Mr N. G. Hattaway), from Johann Wilhelm Oster; Arthur Douglas Bannan (Mr A. S. Geddes), from Joseph William Harding; Russell Herbert Jellyman (Mr J. B. Williams), from Aneas Colin John Chisholm; and Ronald Paul Crichton Gourlay (Mr E. R. Phillipson), from the estate of John Henry Marshall.
