(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, December 16. The United Nations today will be asked to accept Zanzibar and Kenya as members and so increase membership to 113. Both countries became independent last week They will increase the ranks of the alreadypowerful Asian-African group to 58 countries, or just over half the United Nations membership.
