Six Flats Sold
"Stratford Courta,” ■ block of six concrete fiats at 77 Totara road, Riccarton, was sold last week by private treaty by Binns, Barber, and Keenan, Ltd. “The sale was made as a result of one advertisement in ’The Press,’ ” said Mr Keenan. “I had more than 30 inquiries. 12 of them before I left my home on the morning the advertisement appeared. It certainly shows that there is a lot of money around for investment." The flats were advertised at £ 18,000, which is the Government valuation.
