£222,500 Deal By Fletcher
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. Fletcher Holdings, Ltd., Auckland, has issued 100,000 fully paid £1 ordinary shares as full payment for all the P shares in an unnamed comr pany. At the latest market price of 44s 6d for Fletchers shares, the takeover represents £222.500 The allotment has raised ordinary paid capital to £4.740.000. The new shares will rank for dividend from May 1 this year.
