The successful applicant should preferably be a married man between 25 and 35 years of age. He should have a good working knowledge of modem methods of plant propagation, nursery office procedure, and general nursery management. He should be of good appearance, of pleasing personality and should be accustomed to dealing with the gardening public. He should be capable ol taking charge of mixed male and female staff and be prepared to work odd overtime hours when called lawn. A good house IS provided and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. After three months' satisfactory service an opportunity will be given to take up shares in the company operating this and a group of other nursery enterprises.
