Theft Of £8955 Alleged
(N-Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 14. Two men appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland today on 11 charges of theft by misappropriation involving a sum of £8955. They are Cecil Chegwiddon Lafiey. aged 53, clerk, and Warren Frederick Hesselhurst, aged 48, shop manager. Both elected trial by jury on all charges, and were remanded on bail to December 6 by Mr L. G. H. Sinclair, S.M.
