The house has two bedrooms, livingroom, and kitchen. It was a mortgagee’s sale. A holiday home at 12 Kain avenue. Pines Beach, was sold for £1250. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house has two bedrooms. lounge, kitchenette, and shower-room. The Government valuation is £1675. A large family home at 424 Worcester street, Linwood, was passed in at £3009. The auctioneer was Mr Keenan. The house has six bedrooms, two reception rooms, kitchenette, and bathroom.
