CITY BUILDING PERMITS
October Increase The 302 building permits issued by the City Council last month had a total value of £366.768, compared with 328 valued at £395,787 issued in October of last year. The Linwood ward again had the greatest number of permits: but the greatest value was in the Sydenham ward. The figures brought to 2433 the permits issued so far this year by the council. They have a value of £3.101.632. At the same time last year 2478 permits valued at £2,967.948 had been issued.
