Joe Brown (United States), was knocked out tn the third round loot night by Carlo* Hernandel, of Venesuela. United Prom International reported. Brown. 37, had twice postponed the fight, originally scheduled for October M. Police stopped him at the Maracaibo airport yesterday afternoon when he attempted to board a plane to Maiguetiam. He waa stepped at the airport with a friend because police had orders not to let him lease the city until the light wad over.
