Bird Society Bequest
(fiIJC. Press Association) NAPIER, Nov. 12. About £16.000 was bequeathed to the Royal Forest and Bird Society of New Zealand by Mr Lester Masters, a well-known Hawke’s Bay wild-life lover and author. Mr Masters asked, in a self-written will that the society use the money to establish a national park. In the Supreme Court today Mr Justice Haslam ordered that the money be handed to the society to hold in trust tor its HastingsHavelock North branch.
