(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. November 12. The Australian jockey. Arthur (“Scobie”) Breasley said today he thought he was "entitled” to damages for alleged libel in two newspaper articles. The 49-year-old former Melbourne rider was giving evidence on the first day of the hearing in the High Court.
