SECTIONS IN SHIRLEY
Seven Bring £6lBO Seven sections were sold for £6lBO when 12 sections in a Shirley subdivision were offered at public auction last evening on account of the Richmond Mission. The subdivision is on the corner of Quinns road and Shirley road. The top price of £925 was paid for a section of 24.5 perches. Two sections were sold for £9OO, one for £875. one for. £B7O, and two for £855. The auctioneer was Mr R. A. C. Smith, of Smiths fity Market, Ltd,, which acted in conjunction with Maurice Wilson and Company. A modern brick veneer bungalow at 7 Ormandy place, Linwood, was sold for £3200 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr A. E. Barrell. The house has two bedrooms, livingroom, sunroom, and kitchen. It was a mortagee's sale.
