A. J. Stewart Transferred
Canterbury Rugby will not gain much benefit from A. J. Stewamt’s tour of the British Isles with the All Blacks, for he will be playing his Rugby in Timaru next seeason.
A schoolteacher, Stewart has been appointed to the staff of the Timaru Technical High School. However, it will not be a great change for Stewart as he was educated in Timaru and represented South Canterbury before he came to Christchurch in 1961.
