MONGOLIAN ENVOY IN LONDON.—Mr Delegjunain Balzhinnyam aged 50. the first Mongolian Ambassador to Britain, who arrived in London recently. He has been Minister of Livestock Breeding in Mongolia. Mongolia became a member of the United Nations in 1961, and Britain, this year, became the first Western country to recognise her.
