Good Gains On ’Change By Minor Issues
Leading New Zealand issues were mainly steady in a quiet day’s trading yesterday. Other New Zealand shares, however, were very firm, with nine rises to two falls. Most of the falls by New Zealand leaders were small. Overseas issues were unsteady, but the rises included several large gains while the falls were all minor.
