Sydenham House Sold For £l400
A house at 66 Huxley street. Sydenham, was sold for £l4OO at public auction The auctioneer was Mr W. K. Christiansen. The house has two living rooms, four bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a garage on the section of a quarter of an acre. A brick house at 1 Hillier street, Spreydon, has been sold by private treaty by N. H. McCrostie and Company. The house was previously offered for sale by auction on account of Alexander and Marion Robertson. A holiday home at 120 Elizabeth square, Leithfleld Beach, has been sold by C. E. Jones. Ltd. The property was passed in when offered at auction last week.
