Meat, Vegetable Pinwheels
This wonderfully glamorous looking meal can be made with freshly cooked meat and vegetable mince or a little left over meat and vegetables made into a savoury medley. Add a packet of frozen mixed vegetables for colour and your pastry pinwheels with tomato apple sauce will be the prettiest as well as the most popular meal of the week. Digredients: lib puff pastry 2J cups thick savoury meat and vegetable mince loz butter 1 large onion 1 cooking apple 1 cup tomato puree 1 cup water 1 teaspoon sugar Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon cornflour.
