Ample Parking

Crowds of as many as 25,000 are expected to attend the inaugural evenings of the night trotting at the Addington Raceway, and it is reassuring to intending patrons to know that there will be ample space available, within the grounds, for the parking of cars. There is parking for more than 6000 cars on the course. The old outside training course has been removed, and the area levelled and sown in grass. Members can park their cars in the area which was formerly used for horse stalls and the parade ring, and access to this is gained from Wrights road. A new entrance for the public from the car park in the old training track area is south of the tea kiosk. Horse floats and owners’ and trainers’ cars are parked in the car park close to the new horse stalls.
