Farewell To Minister
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 11. The retiring chairman of the National Roads Board and Minister of Works (Mr Goosman) was bidden farewell by board members at a dinner tonight. In making a presentation to Mr Goosman. the deputy chairman, Mr N. A. Rattray, spoke of the services carried out by the Minister who was the architect of tbs board, established in 1954.
