NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Christchurch Drainage Board proposes at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, the 19th day of November, at 8 p.m., to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of r 1" < vv ' for the purposes of drainage works in the Heathcote vuuu-a Area.

The security for the loan shall be a special rate of £.00002088 In toe pound on the rateable capital value of the Boards Land Drainage Area as described tn a Resolution of the Board dated the twenty-second day of May. 1952, and as altered from time to time by Resolutions of the Board under Section 59 of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951.

Any person having any objection to the proposed application, is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Christchurch Drainage Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
