Fingerprint Form Found

WELLINGTON, October 31. A fingerprint identification form, the property of the police, was recently found in the streets by a pedestrian The form bears the prints and the name of a person, but not a photograph. The Commissioner of Police (Mr C. L. Spencer) confirmed today that a fingerprint identification form had disappeared. He said a police van was taking a load of obsolete fingerprint forms to a place to be burnt and one of the forms inadvertently blew off the load.
