This will be S. T. Meads's first game of the tour, and it will be in a position to which he is not specially accustomed—No. 8.
Transfers And Retirements
f*- 2 - Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 31. The Wellington Rugby representative, M. R. Dunne is transferring to Benmore North Otago. Dunne was a former Canterbury and South Island representative flanker. Another Wellington representative flanker. W. D. Gillespie. recently announced his retirement, while the Wellington hooker, C. Currie, may also be retiring from Rugby.
