T.A.B. Showered With Manure
(N.Z. Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, Oct 31. Huapal TAJB. patrons are not likely to linger on the premises after placing their bets this week.
Their haste to leave can be blamed on safe-breakers who tried unsuccessfully to open the safe last night. The intruders placed two bags of fowl manure on the safe to deaden the blast of the explosives. The explosion smothered the room in manure and blew a hole in the ceiling.
