COMPENSATION COURT
Judge Reserves Decision Decision was reserved in a claim by Colin Dick, a miner, of Denniston (Mr H. J. Smith), for compensation from the Ifines Department (Mr H. A. E. Maitland), heard before Judge Dalglish in the Compensation Court yesterday. Dick claimed he was prevented from working when he contracted dermatitis by coming in contact with carbide while at work. He claimed compensation for five months.
