Men Illegally In Building (NZ. Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 29. Two men who elimbed to the tap of the 240 ft Norwich Union buiding under erection in Queen street, Auckland, were told by Mr A. A. Coates, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today: "You are lucky you didn’t fall and break your necks.” Raymond Barry Spencer, aged 34, and Edward Blacknell, aged 23, both admitted being found in the building without lawful excuse. When the police arrived the men were standing on the edge of the top floor overlooking Durham street Spencer told the court: "It’s quite a good view from up there.’’ The Magistrate, flning them £7 10s with 10s costs each, replied: "Well, it’s a view that cost you £B.”
