Entries, from all pacts of toe country, were more than 600, with a good rejpneeeaiatoon from Chnisxiwch. Margaret Bugg, of Oamaru (85) was second, and Rosslyn Smith (Dunedin) with 84 pointe, was third. Lorraine Dewar (Timaru) and Mary Lemon (Dunedin) were very highly commended. Brian North of Ashburton, with 88 points, won the South Canterbury seann trsubhia'is championship (any age).
