PORT ELIZABETH, Sept. 10 Police are still trying to find out who had fired shots during the disturbance at the fourth and final Rugby test between Australia and South Africa last Saturday. Police believe only one man was responsible for shots which were heard by a crowd of 50,000 persons. Apart from two nonwhites who appeared in court yesterday for bottlethrowing, no further arrests have been made.
