Salvationists To Elect New Head

The Salvation Army high council will meet at Sunbury - on-Thames on September 19 to elect a new general. Leaders will come from all over the world to choose a successor to their present head. General Wilfred Kitching, who is retiring in November.
Delegates will include Commissioner A. J. Gilliard, territorial commander for New Zealand.
