Ivory Coast Cabinet

President Felix HouphouetBoigny yesterday dropped seven ministers from his Government and set up a new, smaller Cabinet of 10 members. The move came soon after his report that an anti-Gov-errunent plot had been uncovered with plans to assassinate him and take over power.
