Boxing Title To Italian
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MILAN, September 8. Sandro Mazzinghi, of Italy, tonight won the world junior middle-weight boxing championship from Ralph Dupas (United States), Associated Press reported. Mazzinghi floored the 27-year-old champion with a terrific right to win by a knock-out in the ninth round.
After his win, excited fans invaded the ring to mob Mazzinghi, who has now won 28 of his 29 fights, and drawn the other.
