tN Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LUXEMBOURG. September 6. The French runner. Michel Jazy whose targes is P G Snell's world mile record, yesterday won the mile race at an international athletics meeting in Luxembourg However, his time was a slow 4min 3 7sec. over nine seconds outside Snell’s record.
