S.I. AERO CLUBS’ RALLY
Hokitika Event In November The South Island rally of the Royal New Zealand Aero Club will be held at Hokitika on November 9. It will be the first rally held on the West Coast by the club.' It is expected that about 120 pilots and 25 aircraft from aero clubs all over the South Island will attend. To assist the Hokitika Aero Club to organise the rally, two members of the Canterbury Aero Club— Messrs R. F. Short (secre-tary-manager) and I. A. Gundeson (chief instructor)— yesterday flew to Hokitika for a conference with the Hokitika club’s executive committee. The two clubs will co-operate in the running of the rally.
