Doubtful Runners
"The Press" Special Service DUNEDIN, August 16.
First Mink, Modern Imp. and Bador are three form runners, which may miss their engagements ait the Otago Hunt Club’s meeting tomorrow.
First Mink ran a nail into a foot when working yesterday, and his Wingatui owner-trainer, J. B. Brown, said that the Harken gelding was sore when he pulled up. The injured foot has not responded to treatment as well as he had hoped. Modern Imp and Bador will not start if the track is too heavy.
