GYMNASIUM FOR WEST HIGH
Board Approves Plan
An Education Department plan for a new gymnasium for Christchurch West High School was approved by the school’s board of governors last evening. The board asked that the gymnasium be sited nearer the northern boundary of the school grounds than is shown in the preliminary plans submitted to it Other building plans being considered by the board and tie department are for a new b ck and new dressing and changing sheds The block will consist of art and craft rxrazs and cloak rooms on the ground floor, and typing and commercial rooms and a leathers’ office on the first floor.
