Invitation To Be Sent (From Our Oum Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 29. A formal invitation to the South African Rugby "Union to sour New Zealand in 1965 will be sent by the New Zealand Rugby Union. This was decided at a meeting of toe union’s council today. The chairman of toe council (Mr T. C. Morrison) explained that a tour by South Africa to 1965 had beep erranged n the normal sequence of 'tours but an ir.v-.taaon ha<f not yet been not. A suggestion from the Welsh Rugby Union that part of some of toe games to be played by the All Blacks in Wales should be played under l.ghtfe was not approved.
