Stole Liquor In Milking Time
(N.Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, July 29. Sent out yesterday morning to bring in the cows • for milking from the paddocks at the Invercargill Borstal farm, two of the institution’s inmates took time off their jo-b to break into the Army Hall and steal a dozen bottles of liquor, Mr J. K. Patterson. S.M., was told in the Magistrate's Court at Invercargill today. Before the Court were William Te Amo, aged 18. and Frank Hohaia, aged 16. Both admitted the offence. Neither had anything to say about the matter to the Magistrate who added six months to the terms each is serving.
