Tallest Chimney.—The last "ring” of cement was poured late yesterday to complete the structure of the tallest chimney stack in New Zealand—aft the Whangarei oil refinery at Marsden Point, which is scheduled to come on steam next February. The chimney it 320 ft talk—(PA.)
