July 24 An East German athletics team, including the European '-hampion, Manfred Mituschewski, has set a world record at Potsdam in the four bv 1500 metres men’s relay, with a time of 14min 58sec. according to the official East German news agency. The previous record was set by a French team in lamin 4.2 sec.
